Aaviana – Advantages

There are no advantages to trading with Aaviana.

Aaviana – Disadvantages

Listed below are all the gaps that tell us that Aaviana is a scammer and therefore not trustworthy:

  • Lack of Regulation

Aaviana provides contradictory information about their regulation status and location. On the footer of their website, the broker claims to be based on the Island of Moheli, which is a part of Comoros Union. The broker claims to be regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority. Mwali is also known as Moheli.

However, in their Terms and Conditions, the broker claims to be based in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

We checked the registers of both these countries to see if this broker’s claims are true. After all, it is possible for a broker to have multiple regulations. However, Aaviana is not listed with either the Comoros Union authority or with the SVG financial authority. This means that this broker has lied about their regulation status. They are operating illegally and that makes them scammers.

  • Warning Issued by SVGFS

We are not the only ones who have noticed the issues about regulation this broker has. The financial authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, the SVGFS (St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority), has issued a public notice about Aaviana. According to this notice, this broker is an unlicensed forex/binary options broker that is not licensed to operate in their country.

SVG is not a country that has strong regulations for forex brokers. So, if this authority issues a notice against a broker, then there cannot be a clearer indication of Aaviana’s fraudulence.

  • Issues with Trading Platform

Aaviana claims that their innovative platform offers the following functions: customizable features, multiple asset classes, intuitive user interface, advanced technology. All of these claims are untrue.

We registered for an account with this broker so that we could access their live platform. What we found was disappointing. This broker has a very basic web-based software that barely functions. In fact, you cannot do much more than buy and sell the assets listed there.

A broker’s only selling point is their trading platform, so they make sure that it is of the highest quality. For more than 80% of all brokers, this means offering their clients the MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 platforms, sometimes both. These platforms allow traders to really customize their trades, use market analysis tools and charting tools to trade more accurately and almost intuitively. Added to that, traders can use the inbuilt trading robots so that they don’t lose out on trades. And, the platforms are so easy to use that even novice traders can use the MT4 and MT5 platforms quite easily.

With Aaviana, none of these benefits are available. In fact, the broker lies about what they really have to offer. All of this tells us that we are dealing with a scammer.

  • Issues with Trading Conditions

The product that brokers offer traders for trading comes with their trading conditions. These conditions tell traders how much each trade will cost them if they use that particular broker’s platform. They also get to know how much risk they can take, how long each trade will take and so on. These trading conditions should be advantageous for both the broker and the trader.

Aaviana does not both telling us most of their trading conditions. We know that their minimum deposit starts at $100, but then jumps to a massive $5,000.

Additionally, the spreads are not mentioned on their website. We only get that information from their trading platform, where we see that the spreads are at 0.5 pips. These spreads are seemingly very advantageous. But then, we are not told what commissions are charged. Without information on both spreads and commissions, we will not know the real cost of a trade.

The leverage offered is a massive 1:1000. Such high leverage gives traders a chance to make massive profits. Unfortunately, that chance is really low. Statistically, more than 80% of all trades end badly. Therefore, such high leverage means severe losses most of the time. This is why leverages are controlled in strongly regulated markets.

Other trading conditions are simply omitted.

These gaps in information, the skewed conditions and the general lack of logic in what the broker offers tells us we are dealing with a scammer.

  • Payment Issues

On their website, Aaviana claims to offer multiple payments providers: Bank Transfers, Bitcoin, Visa, MasterCard, Ethereum, and Litecoin. However, when we accessed the broker’s payments portal, we found out that only crypto payment options were available.

Regulated brokers ensure their clients get to choose the payment option they are most comfortable with. A single payment option is extremely limiting and also a red flag. And when that payment option is a crypto, it is a sure sign of a scam, since all crypto transactions are irreversible and anonymous.

Conclusion

Aaviana is not a trustworthy broker. It would not be a good idea to do deal with them; they are scammers.
