During an interview, US Congressman Darren Soto stated that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) shouldn’t regulate most cryptocurrencies. According to Soto, cryptocurrencies should instead be overseen by the CFTC (Commodities and Futures Trading Commission) and the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).
