Based in St.Louis, Missouri, Equity.com is an incubator focused on investing in  technology-enabled businesses. The company focuses on building and growing high-performing businesses from grassroots to multi-million dollar companies.

What Is Equity.com?

As one of the leading technology investment funds in the US, the investment firm has come in leaps and bounds since the early days. The company is headed by David and Chris, serial entrepreneurs with 17 years of experience in the business.

Between them, they had founded eight start-ups by their early 30s, boasting $250 million in revenue ($100 million+ in SaaS revenue) at an exit of $960 million. While the pair’s focus is on Equity.com, David and Chris are also active board members at Varsity Tutors, which is the leading online tutoring platform in the States.

The Equity.com Blueprint

At the core of any successful investment firm are its foundations that ensure the company consistently and accurately yields the profits it promises to customers. In the case of Equity.com, the core thesis brings together trends, technology, and testable strategies, backed by the right team to grow and evolve.

Great companies are built on the ability to adapt and expand to the ever-changing marketplace, ensuring that they produce significant returns for shareholders. For Equity.com, whatever the investment prospect, they ensure they keep their core values firmly in place with the four following points:

  1. Multi-stage fund investing from incubation to public companies.

  2. A partnership of serial entrepreneurs from the tech space.

  3. A company proudly based out of St. Louis, Missouri.

  4. Pursue investment opportunities in non-profit organizations.

One main aspect that separates the firm from others is the ability to stay humble and focus on its principles to ensure it delivers repeatedly.
