Bull Invest is a scammer. Here are all the red flags that prove it:

• Lack of Regulation

The first red flag that tells us that Bull Invest is a scammer is their lack of regulation.

This broker claims to be based in London, UK. They provide us with an address and two telephone numbers, also with UK country codes. The broker also claims to be regulated under something called the European Financial Security, and then gives us a registration number for that: 472973.

Here are the red flags:

This broker claims to be based in the UK and therefore should be registered with the Financial Conduct Authority, which is the governing body for all financial markets in that country. However, this broker does not give us a registration number issues by the FCA. We therefore checked the FCA’s online register to see if this broker may have simply omitted to put in that piece of information on their website. We found out that Bull Invest is not regulated by the FCA at all. Therefore, they are operating illegally in the UK.

The next red flag is their claim that they are regulated by the European Financial Security. There is no such governing body related to the forex markets in Europe. Each EU member nation has their own financial regulator, but they all follow the norms laid down by the EU. Therefore, if a broker is regulated by one country in the EU, they can operate throughout the EU. This broker has lied about their regulation in Europe.

All of this information tells us that Bull Invest is unregulated – and that the broker has lied about their regulation status. Only a scammer would behave in this manner.

• Blacklisted by BaFin

A highly respected financial authority of the EU, the German BaFin (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) has blacklisted Bull Invest for operating in their jurisdiction illegally. When a financial regulator issues a public warning against a broker, there is no better proof of that broker’s scam.

• Issues with Registration and Platform

Another indication that Bull Invest is a scammer is the fact that their registration process is faulty and we could not access their trading platform.

When we review a new broker, we try to register for a new account with them. This allows us to assess multiple aspects of a broker: their registration process, their client area, the actual live trading platform they offer and their real trading conditions.

With Bull Invest, we could not even get past their registration process. We registered for an account, after which, we were told that we would receive a verification email to complete the registration process. We never received that email. And this means that we could not access their client area, their live trading platform or check their trading conditions.

We need to point out that this is a common tactic used by many scammers. They make it necessary for you to contact their Customer Service team, after which they can pick and choose the clients they wish to join; they usually target the novice traders – those who know nothing about the forex and crypto markets.

Since we were unable to register, we cannot verify if this broker even has a real working trading platform. This is a red flag because regulated brokers will ensure that their prime offering – their trading platform – is easily accessible to all visitors and clients. In fact, legitimate brokers offer their clients a free demo account that allows them to check their trading conditions and platform before they actually invest with the broker. So, if a broker does not have a demo account, and you are unable to access their live trading platform easily, then you know that there is something wrong.

• Issues with Trading Conditions

Another way to find out of a broker is legitimate or not is by checking their trading conditions. The trading conditions and the trading platform together combine to form a broker’s product offering to their clients. If there is an issue of any kind with either or both, then it would be best to find another broker with more favorable offerings.

Bull Invest has very poor trading conditions – an exorbitant minimum deposit requirement, very high spreads, illegally and dangerously high leverage ratios and bonuses. All of these point to a scam.

• Issues with Payments

We were unable to access this broker’s payment section, but all we can tell is that this broker offers a single payment method. Legitimate brokers offer their clients multiple payment methods so that traders can choose whichever one they are most comfortable with.
