update 2020

Global ventures is an undisclosed shady forex broker who has not even provided much information about its regulation. All you can manage to find out is that Bulgarian laws govern this broker. Apart from this, they have not mentioned any number or registration detail from which their location or regulation can be confirmed. Even when the Bulgarian regulatory authority’s database was checked, there was no broker found with this name.

You can hardly know about this broker’s location from the “Contact Us” page of their website that is a phone number with an area code of British, but this cannot be the case because the whole business model of Global Ventures consists of crypto derivatives. While the British regulatory commissions are very strict in the case of forex brokers and have banned buying and selling of crypto derivatives.

 GLOBAL VENTURES – ADVANTAGES

GLOBAL VENTURES – DISADVANTAGES

  • An Unregulated Enterprise

So, it is not possible for Global Ventures to operate in the British jurisdiction and it’s not possible to know who is behind this broker. We can then conclude that Global Ventures is a non-legit, undisclosed forex broker.

When dealing with forex brokers in the financial market, it is imperative to know the location of the broker from where they are operating because this affects the protection given to your funds and the restriction placed upon them.

  • Non-Functional Trading Software and Website

Global Ventures claims to offer their customers a convenient and powerful trading platform which is their own mobile trading app, but its name is not even known to the users.

In addition to this, the registration process is on-demand. It means you will have to send an email to the customer support of the website to open the account and register it. Secondly, you will not be able to sign up or download their so-called mobile trading app because the download links of their website are broken and the links will bring you back to the homepage.

  • High Trading Leverage

As Global Ventures deals in crypto derivatives, they are offering high leverage levels of 1:400 which is much higher than the other legit broker’s offerings. Moreover, the prices of crypto derivatives fluctuate highly in a very short span of time. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid brokers who are offering high leverage levels.

  • The High Minimum Deposit Amount

Global Ventures requires the minimum deposit amount of $5000 which is an outrageous and insane amount. Other legitimate brokers do not ask for more than $200 for opening a trading account. There are even ones that allow a minimum deposit of $10. This only shows that this broker is all for the money and doesn’t really care about the client’s funds.

  • Unfair Withdrawal Policy

Global Ventures has mentioned in their minimum withdrawal policy that the minimum amount the customer can withdraw is $100. This is an unreasonable policy because a broker will decide how much a customer has to withdraw from their funds. Furthermore, if you look at the whole withdrawal policy, it is full of scam clauses, such as you need to have a positive balance of more than 100 UST before making a withdrawal request which is totally unacceptable. Also, the UST is not a US dollar but a fishy digital coin. In addition to this, a customer can not withdraw their funds unless 1% of the deposit has not been traded in the terms of the lot.

Moreover, if credit has been given to you as a bonus, you will have to fulfill the minimum trading volume requirement to withdraw it.

  • Too Long Withdrawal Process Time

Global Ventures even makes the withdrawal process more difficult by making timeframes longer for the withdrawal requests to be processed. Global Ventures takes up to seven business days to process the withdrawal requests. However, the legit brokers process the withdrawal requests within 24 hours.

  • Charging Unnecessary fees

Global Ventures considers an account as an inactive or dormant account when the customer has not executed any trading activity for the whole month. In that case, Global Ventures will charge $100 every month until the status of the account is changed which is a big amount of money. In addition to this, Global Ventures also charges a 5% commission on the deposits.

  • Missing and Incomplete Information

Global Ventures describes in their terms and conditions a clause related to the withdrawals. They describe that customers cannot go for a premature withdrawal. However, they have not mentioned what they call premature withdrawal and what the appropriate withdrawal is. It means they can withhold customer’s deposits anytime for no reason. Also, the spreads are unknown to the customers.

Conclusion

Global Ventures is an unregulated broker who is operating with the tagline of “Safely plan your Future”. However, there is nothing safe about this broker. They are unauthorized, unregulated, and unlicensed brokers and clearly a scammer. Therefore, your funds are not safe if you deposit your funds with them.
