Imperotrade – Disadvantages

Listed below are all the red flags that clearly tell us that Imperotrade is a scammer:

  • Lack of Regulation

Imperotrade claims to be registered in the United States and is licensed by the UFSA (US Financial Services Authority). This is just a lie made up by the broker to fool traders into thinking that they are a legitimate organization. The truth is that there is no such financial authority in the US.

In fact, the forex market is regulated by not one but two separate authorities – the CFTC and the NFA. The CFTC, or the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, is the authority that issues the brokers their license. And brokers also need to be members of the National Futures Association. Without both these requirements being fulfilled, there is no way a broker will be allowed to operate legally in the United States.

Added to this, Imperotrade also claims to be regulated by other financial authorities – The CySEC (Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission), the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), the BaFin (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority of Germany), the ACP (the Prudential Supervisory Authority in France), CNMV (the National Securities Market Commission in Spain), the Finanstilsynet (the Danish financial authority) and the FSCA (the Financial Sector Conduct Authority in South Africa).

We checked each and every one of these regulators’ online records and found that there was no broker by the name of Imperotrade listed with any of them.

We also noted that while the broker has stated that their parent company is called Imperotrade Ltd, there is no corporate information provided. There is no proper physical address given, and there are no clear contact details either.

What all of this information tells us is that we are dealing with an anonymous and unauthorized broker – a scam.

  • Possible Serial Scam

We also think that there is a strong possibility that this broker is actually a part of a serial scamming operation. The content of their website, especially the part about their regulation status, is identical to other brokers whom we have exposed as scammers.

This broker’s regulation information matches with that found in https://magnatetrade.com and https://ultimatebitcash.com to the tee. This means that the same entity has created multiple websites and has copied and pasted the same information on all of them in a bid to scam as many traders as possible before they get caught and shut down.

  • No Legal Documents

Another clear indication of a scam is the lack of legal documents. You have to click on the I Agree button when registering for an account (or investment plan) with this broker, however, if you actually click on the Terms and Conditions link, you will find that there aren’t any legal documents at all; all the documents are blank!

This means you don’t know who you’re dealing with or even what you’re agreeing to when doing business with Imperotrade. This also means that if you do do business with this broker, the chances of you losing your funds are extremely high, and there won’t be anything you will be able to do to get those funds back.

  • No Real Trading Platform

More evidence of this broker’s scam is the lack of a real trading platform. The trading software is the most important offering a broker has, and with it missing, you know you are dealing with a total scam.

When you check this broker’s client area, all you will see is a basic chart that shows the current price of BTC (Bitcoin) – nothing else.

  • No Trading Accounts and Conditions / Profits Guaranteed

Besides a trading platform, the other service that a broker needs to provide are trading accounts and the conditions associated with each of those account types.

With this broker, there are no trading accounts or trading conditions. What we get instead are investment plans where the broker guarantees you profits and returns on your investment in as little as 24 hours or 5 days (depending on the plan you choose).

Such is promise is impossible for a legitimate broker to make since the nature of the forex market is such that the majority of trades lead to losses and not profits. Therefore, if a broker is promising you massive gains, then they are scamming you.

Conclusion

Imperotrade is in all probability a serial scammer and your money is not safe with them.
