Nasdaq Stock Management – Advantages

There are no advantages to trading with Nasdaq Stock Management.

Nasdaq Stock Management – Disadvantages

When you go through Nasdaq Stock Management’s website, you will think that they are the real deal – a legitimate broker. Unfortunately, this is a veneer, and the truth is that this broker has lied about almost everything on their website. This broker is a scammer, and here are all the red flags that tell us so:

  • Lies About Regulation Status

On their website, Nasdaq Stock Management claims to be regulated by the CySEC (Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission) as well as the FSA (but we do not know of which country).

The broker also claims to be incorporated in Seychelles (under the name Nasdaqstockmanagement (Seychelles) Limited) and provides us with a company number (G4H570-P). The broker then claims that they are fully regulated by the Seychelles FSA (Financial Services Authority) and that their license number is 07D042.

The broker also claims that their partner company, Nasdaqstockmanagement Limited, is based in Cyprus and is regulated by the CySEC.

All of these claims sound so convincing that most of us would take it at face value and trust this broker.

However, we did a deeper dive into Nasdaq Stock Management’s claims. We found out that their claim of being incorporated and regulated in Seychelles is a lie. There is, in fact, no company by this name registered with the SFSA.

The same was the case with the CySEC claim; we checked the regulator’s online register and found out that this broker is not registered with them either.

Everything we have checked about this broker and their regulation status is a lie. This broker is not regulated and is actually operating anonymously. Nasdaq Stock Management is a scammer.

  • No Legal Documents

Once again, on Nasdaq Stock Management’s website, there are lovely links that supposedly lead to the legal documentation section. However, when we clicked on the Legal Documents link, we found out that it did not work.

This means that this broker does not have any legal documents in place, and this is illegal. All regulated brokers are required to present their legal documents clearly. Each term of service – what the broker offers and what they expect from their customers – has to be spelled out in detail. These documents are, after all, the contract between the trader and the broker.

Without these documents in place, you can get scammed and there will be no regulator or government authority that will be able to help you since you will have signed up with the broker willingly. This is the reason why it is important to read through all the legal documents on a broker’s site before you sign up with them.

  • Lies About Trading Software

Nasdaq Stock Management claims to offer the MT4 software to their clients for trading – along with the cTrader platform. These claims – as with everything else – are a lie.

The broker shows us that there are links to these platforms on their website, but once again, those links are broken – they do not work.

We checked their website very carefully and could not find any other download option. Since we could not register for an account with them, we could not access the client area directly to check if there was any kind of a working trading platform at all.

However, considering the fact that the links to the MT4 and cTrader platforms that Nasdaq Stock Management has provided on their website do not work, we can safely say that this broker has lied about providing these top-class trading tools to their clients.

Another sign of their scam.

  • Issues with Trading Conditions

Once again, on the surface of it, it looks like this broker offers solid trading conditions. However, a closer look tells us that things are not right. The leverage for all the accounts is 1:500, which in the European Union (of which Cyprus is a part) is illegal.

Added to that, while the first minimum deposit is just 100 Euros, if you wish to upgrade to a higher account, you have to pay a massive 5,000 Euros! And since we do not know the commissions and fees, we do know if the spreads are really favorable or not.

  • Payment Issues

This broker boasts of a wide range of payment options. However, we could not check their payments area to see if these payment options actually existed. However, everything else this broker has claimed is a lie, so we are doubtful about them providing their clients with so many methods of funding.

And considering the fact that this broker has not provided us with any Terms and Conditions, we do not know what the payments policies and withdrawal terms are. This lack of transparency is typical of scammers.

Conclusion

Nasdaq Stock Management is unfortunately another broker that cannot be trusted, they are scammers. It would be best to avoid this broker.
