This broker provides us with a French address and claims to be incorporated in Ireland and is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (number: C75842). The broker claims to be authorized and is in compliance with the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFId).
Unfortunately, all these claims are lies. We checked the online register of the Central Bank of Ireland. There is no financial services provider by this name or number listed with them. Which means this broker has lied about being regulated in Ireland.

Success26Inv does not have any legal documents anywhere on their website. Legal documents are the legal contract between the trader and the broker. If these documents are missing then it is a sign of a scam.
These documents tell us clearly what the broker can and cannot do, what services they offer and what binds them to the law. Traders who sign up with brokers that do not have these documents in place leave themselves open to being scammed. And since they dealt with an entity without first entering into a legal contract with them, there is nothing a financial regulator or any other government body can do to help the trader get their money back or even get justice for being scammed.

These are all manufactured since this broker does not have a real trading platform, but we need to discuss them since traders could be pulled in to investing after seeing the trading conditions being clearly mentioned.
A minimum deposit of $250 is too much, since there are so many regulated brokers that ask for a minimum deposit of less than $50. The spreads are too high and commission amounts are not mentioned.
